The Paradise Sewer Pump Station Rehabilitation modernized critical wastewater infrastructure for the Town of Corte Madera. AIC provided process control and automation improvements as part of the larger rehabilitation, integrating new equipment and controls to improve system monitoring, reliability, and long-term operation.

Challenge

  • Integrate new controls within an existing critical wastewater pump station.
  • Coordinate automation with extensive mechanical and electrical improvements.
  • Maintain wastewater service during rehabilitation.
  • Support bypass pumping and phased construction activities.

  • Integrated new PLC, VFD, instrumentation, and control equipment.
  • Implemented an Allen-Bradley CompactLogix L320ER control platform using Studio 5000 v36.
  • Integrated PanelView Plus 7 Performance OITs using FactoryTalk View Studio ME v14.
  • Supported controls for new pumps and related process equipment.
  • Coordinated startup and commissioning with the Town and project partners.
